Each of our bespoke kitchens starts its life at a small factory in the South Downs National Park. Each stage of the manufacturing process is carried out by time-served cabinet makers, in order to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy at every stage.

Solid oak (or other hardwood) mortice and tenon drawer boxes, hardwood door frames, face frames that are flush all round (the marque of a really good quality kitchen) are all standard specification for a Village Green kitchen.

Almost uniquely, we "dry-fit" all of the appliances at the factory, in order to ensure a perfect fit, for life.

Prior to each piece of furniture leaving the factory, it is prepared given a coat of primer and a first coat of colour. Final finishing is carried out on site upon completion of installation.
