One of the benefits of working with Village Green Kitchens is that we are very well organised, once the programme starts.

Remember, the same people that have dealt with the design will be Project Managing the programme, for complete continuity and single point of contact.

Well in advance of any work starting, we will have agreed a programme, with each task itemised, so that all of our "tried and tested" team know what they need to do, when it needs to start and finish and who precedes and follows them.

We have a really tight team of specialist contractors, all of whom have worked with each other for some time, know what is expected of them and know ho fussy we are, in terms of overall finish.

As a result, we tend to follow the same tried and tested programme, under the watchful eye of the Project Manager, who is on site daily, to answer queries and monitor progress.

All contractors have the right information, drawings and details to complete the work, as this will have been confirmed before any work starts.

Should you wish to use your own builder, or contractors, then we are happy to co-ordinate with them, giving them the same information that we give to our own.
